Typical use

  • Cost-sensitive volume production

Why an inflatable structure

  • Cheaper than TPU with a mature process
  • Welds readily by high frequency
  • Wide range of colours and weights

Where this is not the right choice

Low-temperature flexibility and ageing resistance are inferior to TPU. Cold-climate and high-UV applications should be assessed or specified in TPU instead.

Specifications pending supplier verification

Working pressure, membrane thickness, tensile and tear strength, weight, packed volume, deployed dimensions, fire rating and warranty are being verified with our manufacturing partner and independent laboratories. We publish figures when they are documented, not before.
