The factory

We are not a trading company passing orders on. Fabric lamination, high-frequency welding, air-tightness testing and full-unit pressure hold happen on the same line, and every unit ships with its own measured data.

TANDA manufactures inflatable membrane buildings with a complete in-house chain: fabric lamination, high-frequency weld sealing, air-tightness testing and full-unit pressure hold. We work OEM / ODM — tooling non-standard sizes to customer specification, delivering under nominated colour, marking and packaging, and supporting export documentation. Every unit completes a pressure-hold test and dimensional and visual inspection before dispatch, and ships with its measured data. The line covers the full range, from 8.42 m² accommodation pods to 32 m × 36 m × 13 m wide-span hangars.

When buying membrane buildings, the questions worth putting to a factory are not about capacity. They are: how are the seams made, how is air-tightness tested, and how long was it held under pressure before it shipped.

In drop-stitch construction, everything rests on the seams. There are no bolts and no steel frame — tens of thousands of internal threads between two fabric layers, plus the sealing welds around them, are the entire load path. A latent weld defect can sit in a warehouse for six months without showing and then fail on the first windy night on site.

So we put the inspection in the cost structure rather than in the sales pitch: every unit completes a pressure hold before dispatch, and the pressure-decay data ships with it. The buyer can check the figures on receipt, or call for a retest at acceptance.

OEM / ODM is how we take most work. You bring the specification, we tool to it; you bring the colour reference and marking, we deliver under your brand.

PRODUCTION

Production sequence

From fabric intake to dispatch. Inspection records are retained at every stage and traceable to batch.

01

Fabric intake inspection

Batch, weight, coating and physical properties are verified. Non-conforming batches are rejected whole — nothing is downgraded into use.

02

Drop-stitch lamination

Internal threads are set between the two fabric layers, fixing the wall thickness grade. Thread density and distribution govern the flatness and stiffness of the inflated wall.

03

Cutting and nesting

Cut and nested to the tooled pattern, controlling allowance and joint placement. Reducing total seam length is the most direct way to raise unit reliability.

04

High-frequency welding

The welds carry both load and seal in drop-stitch construction. Welding parameters are set separately by membrane type and thickness, and logged seam by seam.

05

Fittings and openings

Doors, windows, valves, anchor points and cable ports are reinforced before fitting. Opening perimeters are stress concentrations and are treated separately.

06

Air-tightness and pressure hold

The complete unit is brought to working pressure and held, with pressure decay recorded. The data ships with the unit and serves as the acceptance basis.

07

Final dimensional and visual check

Deployed dimensions, colour, marking and the fittings list are checked against the order specification.

08

Deflation, stowage and packing

Deflated and folded to a cylinder, packed for the intended transport mode, and labelled with model, batch, packed size and mass.

09

Dispatch and documentation

Export customs support, with accompanying documents, test reports and packing lists prepared to the destination market's requirements.

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection points

What is checked at each of the three governing points, and what it produces. Buyers may nominate a third-party inspector at any of them.

On third-party inspection
We welcome buyer-appointed inspection — SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC — at in-process or complete-unit stage, and will schedule time and space accordingly. For larger orders we recommend inspecting at the pressure-hold point, as that is where real build quality shows.

COOPERATION

How we work

Two models. Pick by the role you are playing.

MODE A

OEM / ODM

You hold the brand and the channel; we manufacture. Tooled to your specification, delivered in your colour and marking, with packaging and documentation in your system.

  • Non-standard sizes tooled to your specification
  • Delivered to your colour reference and marking — our brand does not appear
  • Packaging, nameplates and accompanying documents to your requirements
  • Exclusivity agreements available by territory and model
MODE B

Turnkey projects

You have the project but not the product experience; we take it from selection to handover. Suited to hospitality camps, emergency stockpiles and workforce accommodation.

  • Selection and layout proposed against site conditions
  • Fit-out included: bathrooms, air conditioning, linen, POS, smart control and lighting
  • Modular shape assembly and multi-unit complex design
  • Export customs support and delivery to destination port

Dimensions, quantity, destination port, intended use — those four are enough to price it. Custom structures and non-standard sizes are equally welcome; every unit ships with its own test data.
