Vehicle Recovery Track

车辆脱困垫

A track laid under a wheel to recover a bogged vehicle.

Usos típicos

  • Sand and mud recovery off-road
  • Crossing soft ground
  • Self-recovery without a second vehicle
  • Winter driving on snow and ice

Por qué una estructura inflable

  • Stows in the vehicle and is there when needed
  • Spreads the contact patch and restores grip
  • Reusable rather than consumable

Cuándo no es la opción adecuada

Rating must match the actual vehicle weight. Spinning the wheels on the track destroys the surface, and this needs to be stated plainly in the instructions rather than buried.

Preguntas frecuentes

How much can an air lifting bag lift?
Commercial ranges run from around 1.5 tonnes to 80 tonnes and above per bag. Capacity falls as lift height increases, so the rated figure applies at the initial contact height, not throughout the lift.
What pressure do lifting bags use?
High-pressure bags typically run at around 8 bar and low-pressure bags at under 1 bar, serving different jobs. High pressure gives force in a thin profile; low pressure gives height and conformity.
Can a lifting bag be used as a support?
No. A lifting bag lifts; cribbing and struts support. Personnel must never be under a load held only by an air bag — this is a fundamental rule of technical rescue.
