Oilfield Camp
油气田营房
Inflatable accommodation and office modules for oil and gas field operations.
الاستخدامات النموذجية
- Onshore field operating camps
- Drilling-phase accommodation
- Pipeline construction along the route
- Rotational crew housing on remote blocks
لماذا هيكل قابل للنفخ
- Block life is defined, so a permanent building rarely pays back
- Moves with the rig
- Erects without plant on prepared or unprepared ground

Oil and gas sites carry mandatory fire and explosion zoning. Fire performance must be evidenced by a third-party report and the unit sited inside a permitted area. This is a safety requirement with no room for interpretation.
Working pressure, membrane thickness, tensile and tear strength, weight, packed volume, deployed dimensions, fire rating and warranty are being verified with our manufacturing partner and independent laboratories. We publish figures when they are documented, not before.

الأسئلة الشائعة
- Do inflatable shelters work in extreme cold?
- Coating behaviour changes at low temperature — PVC stiffens, TPU stays flexible. We do not accept polar or arctic projects without low-temperature test data on the specific fabric, because a wall that cracks at minus forty is not a shelter.
- Can shelters be delivered where there is no road?
- That is the main reason they exist. Packed volume decides how many units fit in an aircraft or on a boat, and erection needs no crane or trained crew.
- How are they anchored on sand, rock or frozen ground?
- Anchoring is site-specific and is the part most often underestimated. Sand, permafrost and rock each need a different anchor type, and the anchoring plan should be agreed before the structure is specified.
