The structure itself is up in minutes. In practice the limiting factor is communications and power, which is why cable entry ports and generator siting matter more than inflation time.

Can it be shielded against electromagnetic emissions?

Not as standard. Shielding requires specific materials and independent verification. We will not claim a shielding performance we have not had tested.
